Asia stocks leap but inflation looms
July 21 - Asia stocks rose on Monday as investors took heart from a smaller than expected loss from U.S. giant Citigroup.
But in Vietnam consumers were hit by a hefty rise in gasoline prices, raising the spectre of worsening inflation.
PC shipments around the region also rose by less than expected.
