Batman star talks to police
Jul. 22 - British media reports Christian Bale, who stars as Batman in "Dark Knight", had been arrested and released following assault allegations by his mother and sister.
The film also stars the late Australian actor Heath Ledger as Batman's maniacal arch-nemesis, The Joker.
