U.S. sprinter Tyson Gay calls Usain Bolt's record-breaking 9.69 second 100 metre Olympic Gold "amazing".
The 100 metre final was widely expected to be a closely-fought contest between Jamaicans' Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay.
But Gay failed to make it through to the final with his 10.05 second qualifying run and had to watch from the sidelines as Bolt took the gold, breaking his own world record with 9.69 seconds.
