Surfs up with Fay

Aug. 20 - Tropical Storm Fay is whipping up waves and surfers are ready to catch them.

From Cuba to Florida's's gulf coast, surfers are stoked.

"This is a country that doesn't have a lot of capital and when a hurricane comes in, it causes a lot of damage. Many people are left without homes and this are lost and this hurts. But well, regarding the waves, it makes me happy because imagine - we have had now four months without seeing any surfing waves. Four months without waves."
