Gustav casts political cloud
Aug 27 - Tropical Storm Gustav could spoil the Republican National Convention next week if it becomes a strong hurricane and hits the Gulf Coast.
The storm could turn the public's attention away from the convention and weaken presidential candidate John McCain's argument for offshore drilling.
