Russia bombers to return
Sep. 11 - Its Russia's first military flight in the Western Hemisphere since the end of the Cold War and it made headline news in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas.
The bombers, known in the West by the NATO codename "Blackjack," are capable of carrying nuclear weapons.
