Sep 18 - U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said he and congressional leaders are working on a plan to "address systemic risks" in U.S capital markets and deal with problem assets.
The meeting, at the request of Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, was called just hours after Republican and Democratic lawmakers complained for the second consecutive day that the administration was not consulting with them on the matter.
