Crisis shifts to Capitol Hill
Sep. 19 - Congress will take up various financial market rescue plans in the week ahead
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will also head to Capitol Hill, where he is expected to testify on economic conditions Tuesday and Wednesday and the government bailout on Thursday.
