European distress to be "painful"
Sep. 24 - A rash of distressed European companies, more than has ever been seen before, will begin to show-up in the next 18 to 24 months, the European head of turnaround specialist Alvarez and Marsal predicted on Wednesday.
Tony Alvarez III, son of the co-founder who shares his name, said the regulatory framework is much different than that of the United States.
