IMF: "the cusp of global recession"
Oct 9 - IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn said the global economy is on the brink, but if leaders take quick action it can be resolved.
At a news conference ahead of the fall meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank - Strauss-Kahn warned that the global economy was on the cusp of a recession.
