Oct. 13 - Obama proposes new economic measures as McCain stresses he's a fighter.

Costing $60 billion over two years, Obama's proposals include tax credits for firms that create new jobs, penalty-free withdrawals from retirement accounts, and a temporary moratorium to keep banks from foreclosing on people's homes. Katharine Jackson reports.
