UK regulators get tough on City
Oct. 17 - The Financial Services Authority warns of more regulations and a new class of regulators who will ask tougher questions about the health of financial institutions.
But RBC Capital Markets analyst, Russel Jones, warns of over-regulation as - as he puts it - desperate politicians look for scapegoats - one of which being hedge funds.
