Oct. 24 - Race -- and the fact that if elected, Barack Obama would be America's first black president -- is often just beneath the surface on the campaign trail.

While racism still exists in America, if Obama is elected, it will be thanks to the support of a majority of voters who looked beyond Obama's skin color. Jon Decker reports.
