Nov 13 - Asian stock markets tumbled early Thursday, hit by renewed financial crisis jitters and signs the global recession was taking hold.
Wall Street's plunge overnight after a shift in how the U.S. government plans to use the $700 billion bailout fund fed uncertainty from Sydney to Seoul, hitting shares, the dollar and energy prices.
