Obama urges Congress for rescue plan
Nov. 15 - As President Bush greets world leaders at the G20 summit, President Elect Obama remains absent but posts his weekly address on his web site.
President George Bush says he is pleased with progress in world leaders' talks on the financial crisis, but has warned of the dangers of protectionism.
