Bernanke keeps finding new tools
Dec. 1 - U.S. policymakers have more ways to combat the financial crisis, according to Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke.
Part of the action plan includes further rate cuts and adding liquidity to financial institutions and troubled markets.
