Obama taps Richardson for Commerce

Dec. 3 - President-elect Barack Obama has chosen New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson as his Secretary of Commerce.

Speculation was that Richardson desired the Secretary of State post -- but lost out to Hillary Clinton. He will join the economic side of Obama's team, overseeing an agency that promotes U.S. exports to the rest of the world. Jon Decker reports.
