Fresh Israeli strike on Gaza City

Jan 7 - At least two Palestinians were killed in the latest Israeli strike on Gaza City on the 12th day of military operations.

It was unclear whether those killed were civilians or militants. It was the latest attack during the Israeli military's "Operation Cast Lead". Over 600 Palestinians and ten Israelis have been killed in the conflict. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) UNIDENTIFIED MALE, GAZA CITY RESIDENT: "The situation is not good. All the Arab countries turned against us. We have only God on our side. We have to line up for bread from four o'clock in the morning." (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) JAMILA AL-GHARABLEH, JABALYA RESIDENT: "We were hit by rockets and my house was destroyed and was turned to rubble. I have no place to go."
