Former UK bank bosses say 'sorry'
Feb 10 - Former bankers blamed for taking UK banks HBOS and RBS to the brink of collapse offer public apologies for the sector's errors.
The bankers were summoned to the powerful UK Treasury Select Committee -- a group of UK members of parliament -- as part of its inquiry into the finance crisis in Britain.
