Sept 18 (Reuters) - Starwood Waypoint Homes :Starwood waypoint homes provides update related to hurricanes Irma and Harvey.Starwood waypoint homes - ‍has completed an initial evaluation of its properties in Houston impacted by Hurricane Harvey​.Starwood Waypoint Homes - ‍specifically, 135 homes, or approximately 0.4 percent of company's overall portfolio at June 30, 2017, incurred major flooding​.Starwood Waypoint Homes - at this time, all of company's offices are open, and leasing activity has resumed in all markets.Starwood Waypoint Homes - ‍approximately 625 properties incurred some damage related to roofs or water intrusion, with majority being minor in nature​.Starwood Waypoint Homes - company estimates total cost of repair for homes damaged by Hurricane Harvey to be less than $10 million.

June 23 (Reuters) - Heiwa Real Estate REIT Inc <8966.T>:* Says it will issue first series REIT bonds worth 1 billion yen .* The bonds are each with face value of 100 million yen, issue price at 100 yen per face value of 100 yen, maturity date on June 30, 2022 and coupon rate 0.3 percent per annum.* Says it will issue second series REIT bonds worth 1.8 billion yen .* The bonds are each with face value of 100 million yen, issue price at 100 yen per face value of 100 yen, maturity date on June 30, 2027 and coupon rate 0.65 percent per annum.* Subscription date on June 23 and payment date on June 30.* Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. ,Daiwa Securities Co.Ltd. and SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. will serve as underwriters.* Proceeds will be used for loan repayment .

April 25 (Reuters) - CAPREIT :CAPREIT president and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Schwartz informs employees and unitholders of health condition.CAPREIT - in a letter to employees, Chief Executive Officer Thomas Schwartz, advised that he has been recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.Schwartz will be taking some time to focus on his health and treatment over next few months.Schwartz intends to remain very engaged with CAPREIT's business as president and chief executive officer, during this period.
