Apr 29 - Royal Wedding enthusiasts from around the globe spend a chilly night on the streets ahead of the big event. Paul Chapman reports.

The streets outside the London venue where prince William and Kate Middleton -- and Milt became an overnight camp sites as will friends staked out their spots. Countries including South Africa and the United States spent at shooting nights in the open -- for a glimpse of the rule which -- can't compete. Day I came from northern California hands.
