EDIT CONTAINS 4:3 MATERIAL Shocking video from the frontlines in Syria... an armed guard in the distance suddenly turns and aims directly at the protester shooting this amateur video. As anti-government demonstrations continue for a second month- more of President Bashar al-Assad's security forces appeared to occupy the streets. Human rights groups say at least 30 people were killed across the country on Friday bringing the total number of dead to over 800 civilians. In Yemen, thousands of people as far as the eye can see. Protests here are getting more and more organized with demonstrators grounding commerce to a halt in several cities. President Ali Abdullah Saleh refuses to step down despite the pleading public. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) FEMALE PROTESTER, MUNA MOHAMMAD SAYING: "We do not want him (Saleh), please get out, go for the good of the country." The massive gathering comes on the same day Saleh called for early presidential elections-- an apparent move to stave off Western pressure for a power transition deal. Julie Noce, Reuters
