U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama, accompanied by her mother and two daughters, visits a day care center in a Johannesburg township. The American first lady arrived in South Africa late Monday for her second official solo journey abroad. Children welcome their American guests. The first lady joins children marching in a school yard. The first family shares some of their favorite books. Later the family join the children for a round of games. Later in the week the Obamas will head to Botswana. Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
