Japanese bees cook their enemy in "hot defensive bee ball" (2:16) 

March 28 - Japanese honeybees defend themselves against the aggressive giant Asian hornet, by enveloping the hornet in ''hot defensive bee ball'' and cooking it to death. Researchers say no other bee species uses such a method or the level of brain activity displayed by the Japanese species. Rob Muir reports. ( Transcript )
