Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky was relaxed as he entered court in London - but combative as he left. He's lost his legal battle against his former partner, Roman Abramovich - whom he sued for up to $6 billion dollars. SOUNDBITE: Boris Berezovsky, Russian tycoon, saying (English): "I amazed what happened today. I amazed that. Again, my position is very simple, my understanding is very simple, everything what presented by Abramovich in court was lies. Everything. Starting from the fact that we haven't been partners. It's well known in all business community." Berezovsky claimed the owner of Chelsea Football Club intimidated him into selling his business empire at a knockdown price. Abramovich, the world's 68th richest man, denied those charges. He wasn't in court to hear the verdict. Berezovsky said his confidence in English justice has been knocked. SOUNDBITE: Boris Berezovsky, Russian tycoon, saying (English): "Sometimes I have the impression that Putin himself wrote this judgement. Sometimes I have this impression." Judge Elizabeth Gloster told the court she found Berezovsky an "unimpressive and inherently unreliable witness", but described Abramovich as a "truthful and, on the whole, reliable witness". The long and hugely expensive legal wrangle revealed the murky dealings which took place as Russia's vast natural resources were carved up after the fall of the Soviet Union. State assets were sold off, turning a handful of insiders into the owners of multi-billion dollar natural resource companies. Berezovsky says he's considering an appeal. Joanna Partridge, Reuters
