People stand in line across Florida waiting to vote in a presidential election that is a dead heat. Florida is one of a handful of states seen as key in deciding whether to give President Barack Obama a second term or replace him with Republican challenger Mitt Romney. (SOUNDBITE) (English) CANDICE UWETE, MIAMI VOTER, SAYING: "I am just hopeful that we do not reward Congress for bad, acting poorly and number two, I really do not believe that big business should not be monitored. Wall Street, mortgage, banking they all need oversight and that is the only thing that matters to me." (SOUNDBITE) (English) ANAIS SOTTO, MIAMI VOTER, SAYING: "I voted for Mitt Romney. For me it, aside from my beliefs, you know, I am a Christian and all of the beliefs that I have are about working hard and being very church oriented. There are things that God has to tell you and some of the Democratic views for me are not exactly what I was brought up to believe in or what I have lived by my whole life." Whichever candidate wins, a razor-thin margin might not bode well for the clear mandate needed to help break the partisan gridlock in Washington.
