He looked very disheveled in court today and he basically looked very disinterested." Sam Soudani's daughter was injured during the attack. UNDBITE) (English) SAM SOUDANI, FATHER OF FARRAH SOUDANI, INJURED AURORA SHOOTING VICTIM SAYING: "Trash. I mean honestly you sit there you look at a person and when you see there is no humanity left anymore you don't look at him as a person, you really don't. I took a glimpse at him there. I don't feel hate or anger towards him. I just don't feel anything towards him. I really don't, it's hard to explain it really is. I mean, part of me wants to rip his head off but part of me I can care less for him." Police officer Jason Oviatt was the first to take the stand. The judge is expected to decide this week if the court has enough information for the case to proceed to trial.
