The Italian Coast Guard releases new video of rescue operations on the night of the Costa Concordia disaster. Rescue boats could be seen in the dark waters around the ship.
Passengers could be seen climbing down a rope ladder on the side of the ship. Thirty-two people lost their lives during a chaotic night-time evacuation of some 4,200 passengers and crew.
The ship's captain is accused of manslaughter, causing a shipwreck, and abandoning the cruise ship after it hit rocks close to the shore.
The release of this latest rescue video comes as several people gathered in Giglio to mark the first anniversary.
