Every time is like the first time." President Barack Obama takes the constitutional oath of office inside the White House Sunday. On Monday Obama will take the familiar path along Constitution Avenue following the public swearing in on the steps on the U.S. Capitol-- and once again becoming a part of American inaugural history.
