U.S. Day Ahead: Don't count retail out just yet!

Feb. 12 - While President Obama focuses on the economy Tuesday night, markets are bracing for some pretty disappointing retail numbers in the morning. Still we could see an upside surprise.

While President Obama focuses on the economy tonight markets are bracing for some previous -- when he retail numbers in the morning sales are set to rise slightly by only 110 of a percent in January according to the latest Reuters poll.
