And I think you're seeing a number of countries state, publicly state, their position on the use of chemical weapons. We'll continue to consult with our allies and our partners and friends." The late night vote in the British parliament was a poilitcal body blow to Prime Minister David Cameron. (nats) "So the Noes have it, the Noes have it." After the vote, Cameron, who had battled hard to win support for military action, confirmed he wouldn't override the will of parliament. (SOUNDBITE) (English) BRITISH PRIME MINISTER DAVID CAMERON, SAYING: " I strongly believe in the need for a tough response to the use of chemical weapons, but I also believe in respecting the will of this House of Commons.
