ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Congressman Todd Young of Indiana blasts President Barack Obama's signature Affordable Care Act, saying "this is what betrayal looks like." In the GOP response to Obama's weekly address, Young cited families from his state who struggled to sign up for coverage using healthcare.gov. "Mike from Bloomington wrote in to say that the plan he has now - which he likes - is being canceled at the end of the year. This, of course, is exactly what the president and other champions of the law promised would not happen. Mike's new plan will cost him $900 more a month," he said. The rollout of healthcare.gov has been riddled with technical glitches that has made signing up difficult, and arguably more costly, according to some Republican lawmakers. "Let's stop this train wreck now, and give Americans the basic fairness and peace of mind that they deserve," Young added, proposing to delay to the law's individual mandate tax.
