All eyes will be on New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as he delivers his State of the State address on Tuesday. Aside from what he hopes to achieve in his second term, a greater focus will be on what he has to say about the recent scandals surrounding his administration. SOUNDBITE: NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE, SAYING: "I had no knowledge or involvement in this issue." An issue that has placed the 2016 presidential hopeful under fire. Members of Christie's staff are accused of creating a major traffic jam on the heavily traveled George Washington Bridge as political payback. SOUNDBITE: NEW JERSEY ASSEMBLYMAN JOHN WISNIEWSKI, SAYING: "There was apparently a very massive abuse of power, and an attempt to conceal that abuse of power." A separate investigation has federal auditors looking into whether Christie's administration misused Superstorm Sandy relief funds. Those ads meant to promote the Jersey Shore featured Christie and his family during an election year, and cost $2 million more than a competing bid that didn't feature the governor.
