--STORY CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGES -- Idlib Province in Syria after an attack. It's a place where it can seem like all roads lead to destruction. Amateur video which can not be independently verified by Reuters shows scenes of the aftermath of government air strikes. This comes amid reports that Islamist militants linked to al Qaeda entered Idlib Monday -- opening up a new front in a city that has been controlled by President Bashar al-Assad's forces for more than a year. Those who can be saved are pulled one by one from the rubble in a conflict that has already killed almost 200,000 people. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says the Syrian air force had carried out 600 air strikes in Syria over the past week. The conflict in Syria began in 2011 with peaceful protests. Now anyone can be a target in a war where the resolution is elusive and the cost relentless.
