ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: At a news conference following Midterm elections that dealt a blow to the Democratic party, U.S. President Barack Obama dismissed talk that he would be a lame duck, telling a news conference that the one thing he was certain of was that he was "going to be busy for the next two years." Comparing the game of politics to basketball, he said the difference in politics is that "the only score that matters is how somebody else does," not how you did. He said, "That's the score I'm keeping." Tuesday's elections gave Republicans control of both houses of Congress for the first time since elections in 2006. The new Congress will take office in early January.
