Romanians head to the polls... determined to choose a new leader. The presidential race is neck-and-neck. Exit polls show frontrunner Prime Minister Victor Ponta tied with his opponent, center-right mayor Klaus Iohannis. But as the ballots come pouring in, some residents are just hoping for a fresh face: (SOUNDBITE) (Romanian) LOCAL RESIDENT, ALEXANDRU GIRAN, SAYING: "I would like the president we are electing now to be different from all others we have had until now.
