EDITORS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC CONTENT Canon fire rings out across northern Aleppo. New video posted to social media is said to show fighters from the Al-Shamiya Front -- a recently-formed alliance of rebel groups -- targeting regime soldiers. It comes as a Turkish official says Turkey and the U.S. are aiming to finalize a plan this month to train Syrian rebels... ...who are not only taking on the regime of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad....but sometimes also Islamic State militants, in a multi-sided civil war, now in its fourth year. Other amateur video purports to show the aftermath of aerial bombing by Assad's forces in a Damascus suburb. Turkey, which shares a border with Syria, has been a reluctant partner in the U.S.-led coalition against Islamic State. It's advocating a strategy that includes the removal of Assad. But according to a Turkish official, the country will help train some 15,000 Syrian rebels over the next three years.
