ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama says he wants building on the recent progress in the U.S. economy to be a top and shared priority for the White House and Congress. At a meeting at the White House Monday (January 13) with top congressional leadership, Obama cited the most recent jobs report as a positive indicator for the economic recovery. He said it was up to his office and Congress to work as a team to continue that progress. The president also forsees tax reform and trade as possible areas of compromise with the Republican-led Congress.
