North Koreans have criticized U.S. sanctions brought against the communist country after an attack on Sony Pictures. In video provided to Reuters by the country's official news agency, citizens in Pyongyang said the sanctions could be considered a provocation. SOUNDBITE) (Korean) PYONGYANG RESIDENT JU JI HAK SAYING: ″If the U.S. imperialists provoke our country, we will wipe out the U.S. imperialists to the last. It is likely they have no clue about this. Black Obama is very stupid. They should not run amok recklessly." Reuters cannot independently verify the video.
