Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko makes an unplanned visit to a hospital in Kramatorsk after rockets killed more than 10 civilians and soldiers earlier in the day. Holding shrapnel retrieved from the wounded patients, Poroshenko vowed to punish those responsible. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT, PETRO POROSHENKO, SAYING: "...attacking peaceful city of Kramatorsk, this is absolutely unacceptable. And that's why we think that these crimes should be punished, we demand it, immediate, unconditional ceasefire, withdrawal of the troops, closing the border, and withdrawal of all the foreign troops from Ukrainian territory." Earlier Tuesday, rockets hit the main headquarters of the Ukrainian military as well as residential areas in the city. Local officials said 26 civilians and 10 soldiers were wounded in the attack. Although pro-Russian rebels denied firing on the town, their apparent ability to strike so far into the Ukranian-held territory will likely complicate Wednesday's peace talks in Belarus.
