ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Obama says countries around the world are 'all in the same boat' in the fight against terrorism. Speaking on the final day of the White House Summit on countering violent extremism, Obama urged international unity against the 'scourge of terrorism." The three-day summit, which started Tuesday and brings together local officials from across the country and ministers from around the world, follows recent shootings in Copenhagen and Paris that have galvanized Western resolve against such extremist attacks. "These terrorists are desperate for legitimacy and all of us have a responsibility to refute the notion that groups like ISIL somehow represent Islam because that is a falsehood that embraces the terrorist narrative," Obama said.
