+++CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGES+++ The Ukrainian national flag is draped over the bodies of at least two people reported killed in the northeastern city of Kharkiv. Officials say an explosive device was thrown from a car into a crowd attending -- of all things -- a peace rally. Ten to 15 others are reported wounded. The country's Interior Ministry calls the blast a "terrorist act" and a security official says an unspecified number of suspects have been arrested. Sundays' peace march here was one in a series of events across the country -- to mark the deaths of a hundred people one year ago during Ukraine's uprising. Kharkiv, with its nearly one and half million people, is the largest city in eastern Ukraine -- and the scene of violent protests by separatists over the past year but now firmly under government control. In the capital, Kiev, thousands took to the streets on Sunday to also mark the deaths of the so-called "Heavenly Hundred" -- and the revolt that led Ukraine to pivot away from Russia towards western Europe instead. At the front of the line, linked arm to arm, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. He was joined by leaders of former Soviet Union republics and representatives of other friendly nations... ... in a march that led to Independence Square, affectionally called the "Maidan" and were last year's deadly shootings took place. An internationally brokered peace deal has eased the fighting in many parts of eastern Ukraine ... ...and a prisoner swap took place overnight but the truce is shaky and peace in Ukraine is anything but assured.
