ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama welcomes Irish Prime Minister (Taoiseach) Enda Kenny to the White House on St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday (March 17). "Under the Taoiseach's leadership, finances have stabilized. The economy is now growing again. Unemployment's beginning to come down. And there are terrific opportunities for us to further collaborate in creating jobs, both in the United States and in Ireland. One of those areas is the potential for a transatlantic trade partnership," said Obama. Kenny said he wished Obama a happy St. Patrick's Day and wished the First Lady well on her trip to the Far East. In the evening, the Obamas are set to host a reception and Shamrock ceremony at the White House.
