ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama drew comparisons from a quote of former U.S. President John F. Kennedy and the current ongoing Iran nuclear negotiations, at a dedication ceremony of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate in Boston, Massachusetts, Monday. "As many of you know John (Kerry) is in Europe with our allies and partners leading the negotiations with Iran and the world community and standing up for a principle that Ted and his brother President Kennedy believed in so strongly: 'let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate'," Obama said, quoting Kennedy's 1961 Inaugural Address. President Barack Obama and the First Lady also joined top politicians to celebrate the legacy of Ted Kennedy, during the dedication ceremony of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute. The exhibits inside revolve around the epicenter of the institute -- a replica of the U.S. Senate chamber.
