ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Russian President Vladimir Putin and about 20 leaders of states attended a military parade in Moscow on Saturday (May 9) to mark the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany in W.W.II. Among the leaders who arrived in the Russian capital to take part in the Victory Day celebrations were Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, South African President Jacob Zuma, Indian President Pranab Mukherjee, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, and others. 16,500 troops, 200 military vehicles, including new Armata T-14 tank, new modifications of APCs, missile complexes Iskander, Yars and Buk took part in the parade which ended with a flyover of 140 helicopters and military aircraft which formed the number "70" at the end of the display.
