ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff continued her North American tour on Wednesday (July 1) with a visit to Google's Mountain View, California headquarters. Rousseff had a meeting with Google CEO Larry Page, toured the facility, and even went for a spin in one of the company's experimental self-driving cars. Rousseff previously met with U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday (June 30). Her visit is particularly important for Brazil, which is in the midst of a sharp economic downturn, a huge political corruption scandal, and a potential governance crisis. In addition to Google, Rousseff has plans to meet with executives of Boeing, Apple and Facebook.
