Amateur video, which can not be independently verified by Reuters, captures plumes of smoke over Yemen's capital city, Sanaa, following Saudi-led airstrikes. At least 16 people are feared dead in Saudi strikes, according to Houthi sources. An Arab coalition has been bombarding Iran-allied Houthi forces since March in a campaign to restore Yemen's exiled President Houthi sources said a woman and a child are among the dead. The European Union and United States appealed for a pause in the war to enable aid deliveries to stricken civilians.
