FIFA's top brass are gathering again in Zurich. On the agenda: reforms, and a date for the election to replace Sepp Blatter. The president of world football's governing body has already said he will step down. But he's in no hurry to leave. Blatter pushing for an election in January. European football associations saying he must go by December at the latest. Monday's meeting also set to examine a reform plan put forward by FIFA official Domenico Scala. Term limits, greater transparency and checks on the integrity of members all proposed. The talks come as probes into FIFA progress. Former vice president Jeffrey Webb appearing in a New York court on Saturday. He pleaded not guilty to charges of money laundering, wire fraud, and racketeering. Six other former executives awaiting extradition to the U.S. Now critics say any reforms are too little, too late. And that Blatter, after 17 years at the helm, is hardly the man to oversee change.
