U.S. President Barack Obama pays homage to the victims who died in an Islamist attack on the U.S. embassy in 1998 in Nairobi, Kenya. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama laid a wreath on Saturday (July 25) at a memorial to the victims of the 1998 bombing of the U.S. Embassy by Islamist militants. The site of the attack in central Nairobi is now a memorial park. The new mission is further from the center. Obama was to hold talks later with his Kenyan counterpart President Uhuru Kenyatta before attending a state dinner in the evening. Discussions were expected to focus on security and counter-terrorism cooperation.
