ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) A 106-year-old voter, who says she has never missed an election, cast her vote in the South Carolina Democratic primary. Donella Wilson showed up at her polling place with her daughter. Because of her age, poll workers brought out the voting device to her car so she could vote from her backseat. Wilson, who was born in 1909, voted for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
